Commission Plans

All-Inclusive Gold Plan (5%)

Includes professional cleaning, staging, professional photography, floor plans, 3-D interactive tours, comprehensive online and offline marketing campaigns, and more. Most of my sellers choose the Gold Plan.

Silver Plan (4.5%)

Includes the same level of marketing and strategy as the Gold Plan, but doesn’t include our home preparation and staging services. My Silver plan often makes sense for owners selling tenanted properties or homes that don’t require staging.

*The Gold and Silver options assume that 2.5% of the commission will be offered to the REALTOR representing the buyer; note this is at the seller’s discretion.

MLS Listing

Listing your home on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) maximizes exposure to thousands of buyers and agents.
